5th Seed Milos Raonic defeated 26th seed Sam Querrey 6-4 7-5 5-7 6-4 to reach his second Wimbledon semi-final, after making the last four in 2014.
"It's a well deserved win for me, to have another shot in a semi-final, " Raonic said.
"It's exciting and it's also humbling at the same time."
Milos Raonic will face either Roger Federer or Marin Cilic in the last four.
