Andy Murray and Tomas Berdych marches on

World No.2 Andy Murray survive a scare to progress into the semi-final of Wimbledon Open.

He defeated Jo-Wilfried Tsonga 7-6 6-1 3-6 4-6 6-1 in three hours and 53 minutes of high drama. Jo-Wilfried Tsonga came from 2 sets down to level the match to 2-2 before Andy Murray roar back to take the deciding set 6-1.

Murray has now reached the semi-final of Wimbledon Championships 7 times.

10th seed Tomas Berdych defeated 32nd seed Lucas Poiulle in straight sets to advance into the semi-final.

It took Tomas Berdych 1 hour and 55 minutes to overcome Lucas Poiulle 7-6 6-3 6-2.

Tomas Berdych is now into his 2nd Wimbledon semi-final.

Tomas Berdych will face Andy Murray in the semi-final of this competition against whom he has six victories in their 14 meetings over the last 11 years.
